Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned with original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

• We do not offer refunds.
• Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items include:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized/custom items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ezkurdimstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
